Training & Employment Program

As part of our expansion strategy, Forge Master Weldings is recruiting 50 trainees for a 2.5-year Welding & Fabrication Training and Employment Program.

The program consists of:

Training Phase — 6 Months

Practical welding and metal fabrication training
Equipment handling and industrial safety
Live workshop exposure
No salary during training
No upfront cost for:
- Training
- Accommodation
- Welfare
- Medical care
- Visa processing
- Flights/travel

All costs during training are fully covered by Forge Master Weldings.

Employment Phase — 2 Years

After successful training, candidates receive guaranteed employment with hourly pay.

Worker receives 50% salary
Company retains 50% salary to recover:
- Training costs
- Accommodation
- Welfare & medical care
- Visa processing
- International flight/travel expenses

This ensures zero upfront cost for all applicants.

No welding experience required
