Program Overview

  • Location: Hamburg, Germany

  • Total Program Length: 2.5 years

  • Training Duration: 6 months

  • Employment Duration: 2 years

  • Positions Available: 50 trainees

Successful applicants will receive hands-on training followed by guaranteed employment with Forge Master Weldings.

What the Company Covers

During the 6-month training and 2-year employment period, Forge Master Weldings provides:

  • Full accommodation

  • Medical care & welfare support

  • Visa processing & flight tickets (international applicants)

  • Safe and regulated working environment

  • All training tools and workshop access

  • Long-term industrial work experience

There is NO upfront payment required.
All major costs are recovered through the salary structure during employment.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following:

  • Age: 18–45 years

  • Nationality: Open to all nationalities

  • Language: Basic English

  • Education: No formal qualification required

  • Experience: Not required

  • Gender: Open to all genders

Salary Structure (Employment Phase)

During the 2-year employment period:

  • You receive 50% of your salary

  • The company retains 50% to cover:

    • Training costs

    • Accommodation

    • Welfare & medical

    • Visa processing

    • Flight/travel expenses

Salary details are shared only with approved applicants.

Application Fee

  • $10 (non-refundable)
    This covers processing and screening.

Only applicants who successfully pay the fee will be screened.
